1. The personal data you provide to Panea AB, Box 120 97, 102 23 Stockholm is processed securely and with discretion. We ensure your personal data are stored and processed in a secure manner.

2. Your personal data won’t be disclosed to unauthorised parties. However, we will need to share it within Panea AB or, sometimes, with third parties. Your personal data will be shared with the following:

a. Data service providers. Your data will be stored on their servers, which are only accessible via secure, encrypted connections.

b. Customer service. They’re the first link in the customer support chain. Personal data are shared in order to handle service matters quickly and efficiently.

c. Credit companies. These perform financial and administrative services such as financing and purchases by invoice. If you chose to pay for your purchase using a financing option, we need to share your personal data with them.

d. Auditors. These provide accounting information. Personal data is shared with them in order to be in accordance with accounting law.

e. Marketing companies. We share your email address with marketing companies in order to carry out targeted marketing campaigns via social media.

f. The authorities. Upon request and in accordance with law and decisions made by the authorities, we share any personal data required by those decisions.

We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to be able to perform the service or deliver the product requested and for the guarantee to be valid, as well as to be able to complete any administration required.   • Customer service. DThey’re the first link in the customer support chain. If you create a support ticket via the website, your personal data will be shared with customer service in order to handle service matters quickly and efficiently.

THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Expressions of interest. We need your personal data to follow up on your expressions of interest. The information you provide to us in the form of, for example, your name, telephone number, email address and home address are processed as a direct result of your expressing interest in our products and services. This is in order to be able to advise and inform you about these by telephone, email or SMS. We’ll use your email address to send newsletters and offers.

Our website. Panea’s website uses Google Analytics, an analysis tool used to study traffic to websites. The programme compiles reports on your behaviour on the website so we can provide content that better meets your needs. This is done in an anonymised way thanks to IP masking, which uses only part of your IP address. Thus it’s not possible to track the activity patterns of an identifiable person on our website. Collected data are used solely for statistical purposes and in a completely anonymised manner.

You can prevent the installation of cookies on your computer through the settings in your browser. Please note that not all functions on the website will be available without cookies. By using the website, you agree to Google’s use of website usage data for analysis as described above. How long personal data are stored

Expressions of interest. The personal data collected when you express interest are deleted after three months. If you’ve subscribed to our newsletter, we’ll save your email address and name until you unsubscribe, which you can do via the link in the newsletter.

Customer support forms. Personal data collected via customer support forms is saved in our database for as long as you’re a customer with us.

Our website. When you use our website, no personal data is saved by us, other than as described above. The personal data of website visitors is anonymised by Google, which means that it can’t be traced back to a specific person.
